If you need to cancel an order- as long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
Unfortunately, once the order is in the hands of the shipper, there is no going back and you will need to go through the return/refund process once your order arrives. (Special Note: If you really want to- we can re-route the package back to us and charge you the EMS re-routing fee and applicable shipping charges. That is only if the package is in transit and not out for delivery.
